Bulgogi Beyond Beef

Ingredients
½ cup of light soy sauce
3 tbsp of rice vinegar
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tbsp of honey or agave syrup
2 tsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of garlic
1 tbsp of ginger
1 package of Beyond Beef
1 small of onion
8 None of bok choy leaves or your choice of veg
None None of sesame seeds
None None of green onion
Instructions
In a medium bowl or cup mix together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, light brown sugar, honey or agave, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
In a lightly oiled large pan over medium heat, add onions and sauté until translucent. Add Beyond Beef and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
Add the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until reduced.
Serve with white rice, blanched veggies and optionally garnish with sesame seeds, and green onions. Enjoy!
