Russian tea cakes/Mexican wedding cookies

1 Cup of Butter
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract
2 Cups of Flour
.25 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Cup of finely chopped nuts
2 Cup of Powdered sugar
Dash Of of Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Cream butter and vanilla together until smooth (2-3 min w electric mixer)
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Add butter to the dry mixture and stir until just blended. Add chopped nuts and mix until incorporated
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet
Bake until just turning golden brown, about 12 minutes
Remove from the sheet and let cool for 15 minutes
Place remaining powdered sugar in a bowl, and roll the cookies in the dough until coated.
