Mix together eggs, flour, milk, sugar, nutmeg in a blender or food processor and blend
Place butter in a dutch oven and place in oven until the butter is melted
Remove dutch oven from the oven and pour in the batter
Bake for 20 minutes until puffed up and top is golden brown, then bake another 5 minutes on 300F
Notes
Careful about the size of the eggs you use. When I used some jumbo eggs the ratio got messed up and it ended up being very egg-y and didn't rise properly.
