Marinated Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon Filet
  • Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Lemon Juice
  • Maple Syrup
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the salmon to a gallon ziplock bag 2 hours before you want to eat.
  2. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, maple syrup, brown sugar, and a generous amount of black pepper
  3. Massage gently and seal the bag, removing all the air
  4. Fold up the bag to keep the salmon in the marinate and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Longer is better (up to 12)
  5. Either bake in the oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until done OR place on the covered grill on medium-high for 20 minutes

Notes

Cook time is very much dependent on the thickness of your piece of fish
